Return Costs and Administrative Fees

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cooper Miami does not refund these costs and is not responsible for any expenses incurred during the return process.

  • Return Administrative Fee: Any return will be subject to a minimum processing fee of $10.

  • For orders over $100, a fee of 10% of the total order amount will be applied instead of the fixed amount.

  • These fees cover the costs of processing, handling and inspecting returned items.

  • Defective or incorrect items are exempt from these administrative fees.

Return Period

Returns must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item. After this period, returns will not be accepted. Please respect this timeframe in order to be eligible for a return.

Exchange of Sale Items

Sale items cannot be exchanged, even if the size is incorrect. Please make sure to choose the correct size before making a purchase.

Handling Size Issues

  1. Size Error — Our Fault

    • We require photos to confirm the error.

    • We will send the correct size at no additional cost.

  2. Correct Size Received but Does Not Fit — Customer Responsibility

    • If the size matches the order but does not fit, we no longer offer a free replacement.

    • Instead, we offer:

      • A replacement at 50% of the original price or a 50% discount code for a future order.

      • A full refund after return, with return costs paid by the customer.

We provide detailed size guides to help our customers choose the correct size before purchase.

We offer a full guarantee on all defective items. If a product has manufacturing defects, it may be returned for a full refund or exchange, according to your preference.

Order Cancellation

  • Before 30 minutes: A cancellation will incur a fee of $20. For orders exceeding $150, a 15% cancellation fee applies.

  • After 30 Minutes: A return will be required to obtain a full refund, with return costs and administrative fees paid by the customer.

Returns not accompanied by a duly completed form cannot be processed. Please make sure to include it in your parcel.
